"Untaught Lessons."

Here’s what our teachers never taught us:

We are puzzles with chipped pieces that do not always fit.
a game never to be completely finished, let alone won.
And, while the corners are always easily found,
you’re going to have to struggle with the ambiguous mass in between only until you realize:
It did never
Will ever
Should never;
Reflect the confined picture on the box.

You will fall in love with a marvelous, ferocious, wickedly electrifying human being,
which will turn the wildest thunderstorms into light summer mists,
making you wonder why you ever brought that umbrella at all.

You will grow apart from most friends.
More often than not your paths will never meet again.sad truth.
More often apart.
Yet, you will learn the necessity of imminent & inevitable change. And maybe your tangled roots will cross again. Maybe, because lost roots always find each other again eventually.

teachers never taught us that you will have to fight. For fear of your reputation, for fear of your life, or a sudden self-awareness bursting through your soul in rays ofwit and carelessness.

Your idle wings will spread and you will learn to fly while falling and feel no land could be far enough until you realize even wandering birds come back at times.

And maybe they never intended to let us know simply because we needed to scrape our own knees...
