Father-less Child

Father-less Child;
Rainy days, no smile.
Drive for miles,
Just me & myself.

Father-less Child;
Life filled with tribulations & trials.
Grew up around the "hood",
But one of the few that made it out.

««So why am I upset?
Why am I feeling like a lame?
Cause I never had a man to keep his son grow.
Never had a man to watch my high school games,
But mom came & after we  watched the sunset.
I honor women more now,
Cause I know its hard to keep a SON SET»»

Father-less Child;
Always ran wild.
Mother had a hard time.
Yet I love her for all her smiles.

Father-less Child;
Hopes that one day my father will arrive

Hoping one day I can look into his eyes...
